David S. Weinstein was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1965. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University in 1988, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. Mr. Weinstein is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Weinstein is a certified arbitrator for the Nineteenth Judical Circuit.
